For more than 25 years, PopReady’s founder has helped companies fine-tune and adapt formulas, recipes, and production processes using scientific methods, structured experimentation, and practical problem-solving.
That experience led to a simple question: could popcorn be redesigned into a premeasured puck that delivers the fresh, premium experience of pan-popped popcorn — without the measuring, mess, or guesswork?
Through upgraded ingredients, repeated trials, and many sequential experiments, PopReady Popcorn was conceived: a shelf-stable popcorn puck designed to deliver a gourmet popping experience in a simple, ready-to-use form.

PopReady is intentionally not overloaded with flavors or excessive salt. After popping, season your popcorn to your own preference — with salt, old-school butter, a casein-free alternative, or whatever fits your dietary requirements.
PopReady pucks are designed for pantry storage. If your order has been in a shipping container for an extended time, simply place the pucks in the refrigerator when they arrive to firm them back up before storing or popping.
